About your leaders..
Heidi Smith – Heidi is a conflict management specialist, organisational psychologist, trainer and conference speaker. Heidi has a dynamic breadth of conflict resolution expertise, applying it to ‘organisations, staff members, executives, individuals and couples’. The author of ‘mediating personality and other determinants of mediator’s style’ and co author of ‘conflict lotus coaching’ her conflict management techniques are based on sound research. As a conflict management expert Heidi runs a number of conflict management events across Australia and internationally.
Jorg Thonnissen – Jorg is a registered Psychologist, hypnotherapist and owner of a large catering business. Jorg has been practising Nichiren Buddhism for over 20 years and runs regular Buddhist meetings at his home in Perth. Before entering into private practice, Jorg received extensive training in mediation and conflict resolution from a large Western Australian (WA) based organization specializing in relationship counselling. A bit about your Bali resort
The retreat will take place at D’Tunjung Resort & Spa, a very private complex situated in Candidasa, directly on the beach far away from the hustle and bustle of the typical Bali, and set in beautifully landscaped tropical gardens.
