Together, we specialise in many issues that you might face in your day to day life anxiety, weight-loss therapy, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship conflict and more.These issues can be anything from relationship issues to behavioural or emotional problems, and we offer a variety of individual, couple, and family settings to suit your comfort and needs.

Therapy takes a few sessions to establish. During the first three sessions we work with you to identify your concerns, the layers around your concerns, your goals and how we may be able to work together to achieve them. Our approach is distinct. We match the therapy to your goals. We may look at how you think, how you feel, events that trigger you and what you do that helps or hinders you being where you think you would like to be.
